Teatro alla Scala Association of America (TASAA) is a newly-founded 501(c)(3) supporting the mission and initiatives of Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Italy. The association is looking to establish its reputation among US audiences and attract new donors and patrons. Despite the theater’s long heritage, TASAA itself did not have a strong digital presence or clear messaging goals.

Rebuilt TASAA's website, expanding from one page with dense copy and little narrative, to a visually engaging site with increased functionality and a clear narrative journey for visitors. Website functionality includes donations and an event section with ticket purchasing.

 

Led copywriting and editing of internal and external communication materials to create clear messaging and establish a tone that resonates with a sophisticated, high-value clientele.

Their new website is more visually appealing and engaging, and has attracted new visitors, patrons, and event attendees alike.
